Dr. Kelsey was born and raised in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. She received her first chiropractic adjustment at the age of 14 and from that point forward, knew that her true calling was to become a chiropractor herself. She obtained her pre-professional training at the University of Alberta, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015. She then went on to get her Doctor of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, and graduated magna cum laude in 2018.

Dr. Kelsey has a post-doctoral certification with the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) and firmly believes that the key to a healthy future starts with our kids. She is also certified in the Webster technique, which is specifically designed to balance the pelvis during pregnancy. Her goal is to offer a holistic approach to family wellness within the Lake Oswego community.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) via the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Dr. Kelsey’s first passion was working with athletes of all skill levels, from weekend warriors to elite competitors. She knew that chiropractic was key in supporting her patients to achieve their health goals. As she began to learn more about maximizing brain development and human potential through neurologically-based chiropractic care, she became more interested in pregnancy and pediatrics, as chiropractic care for children offers families a solid foundation for wellness.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kelsey likes to practice what she preaches by maintaining an active lifestyle and baking gluten-free treats. She is an avid weightlifter and hiker and can often be found exploring the outdoors of the greater Portland area with her wife, who is also a chiropractor.
