Dr Neil Medeiros
Owner, Chiropractor

Dr. Neil came to chiropractic via an interesting path - initially starting his career as an attorney in California, where he practiced for over 10 years. However, he didn’t feel like he was able to truly help people in a way that he found meaningful.  He is excited to finally be helping people in ways that he finds meaningful – improving their health and well-being, and getting them back to doing the things that they love to do. And he is looking forward to working with you!

Patient Coordinator

I first discovered ProHealth Chiropractic as a patient, so it’s especially exciting for me to now be part of your wellness journey. I’ve recently earned certifications as an Integrative Health Practitioner and Yoga Instructor, and I’m currently expanding my knowledge as a Health Coach. I’m truly excited to be working alongside like-minded individuals and to share the insights and skills I’ve gained with all of you!

Michelle Kilpatrick
Licensed Massage Therapist

After suffering for years from working a desk job, Michelle sought massage therapy to address her chronic pain, but it only left her feeling unheard and beat up with no relief from her complaints.  She eventually found a chiropractor who was willing to listen and helped her to finally attain the relief she was seeking.  Even with regular chiropractic care & stretching multiple times a day, she felt like she was only managing the pain from overuse of already tight muscles.  Finally, she'd had enough & went to school to become a massage therapist to help others who are fed up with their chronic pain and feeling unheard.  Michelle has now been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas since 2016. She is currently dually licensed in Texas and Oregon for massage therapy, and holds a Chiropractic Assistant License in Oregon.  She loves her work and helping people find relief from pain & to live their best lives!
